At Zerafina, we partner with international suppliers using a dropshipping model, allowing us to offer a wide variety of exclusive products with free shipping across the United States.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery is between 7 to 21 business days, depending on the product and your location.

  • In rare cases (high demand seasons, customs delays, weather conditions), delivery may take longer.

📍 Shipping Area

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not offer international shipping outside the U.S. at this time.

  • No hidden fees or additional charges for standard delivery.

  • Zerafina is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order.

  • If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
