📦 Zerafina – Return Policy

At Zerafina, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a clear and fair return policy. Please note that our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which may affect certain logistics processes.

🔁 Returns

  • Timeframe: You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

  • Item condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

    • Opened cosmetics or personal care products

    • Used shapewear or underwear

    • Final sale or clearance items

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at servicioalcliente@zerafina.co within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include a clear photo of the product and the packaging.

  3. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • If the item is not eligible for return, you will be notified by email with a clear explanation.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • For damaged or incorrect items: We cover the shipping cost of the replacement.

  • For changes due to personal preference (color, size, etc.): The customer is responsible for return and reshipping costs.
